Luxurious Villa

This project is a new five-story villa with an elevator and a total interior area of nearly 450 square meters. This project has the advantage of a single isolated house, a square and neat space, a central staircase that serves as a natural medium to divide the floor into two halves and a multi-story structure so that the functional units can be arranged floor by floor according to the client's needs. The first floor, with a height of nearly four meters, includes a foyer-style entrance, a living room and an open kitchen and dining area for the family to share, in addition to a garage in the front yard; the second floor has a studio for a home office and a boy's room; the third and fourth floors have a male master’s bedroom, a female master’s bedroom and two secondary bedrooms, respectively; and all the bedrooms in the house have a high-standard suite configuration with walk-in closets and bathrooms, providing all the needs for rest and relaxation in a delicate and considerate manner. In view of the client's understated and pragmatic character and the family’s preference for grandness and tranquility, delicate craftsmanship as well as comfortable and ritualistic space, the unique pro-natural textures of wood, stone, rock, brick and other materials are skillfully leveraged to delineate the main style, scenes and functional cabinets in the public area. Background lights and linear lamp strips are alternated with different shades to show the extraordinary vibe of the continuous surface and guide the moving lines and through the contrast of different materials and colors and the transition between spatial designs of various proportions, the outline is like a musical note with one scene at a time to please the eyes. Planning for the private area focuses on customization according to the users, including materials composition, color scheme, lighting arrangements and the harmonization of moving lines in accordance with daily habits. In addition, an intelligent home integration system, which can be remotely controlled by a digital network, is introduced throughout the house, covering practical items such as lighting, audio and air conditioning.
