Gentle French Charm

The project is a renovation of an old apartment. The design team replaces the old wood veneer with lighter colors and trims to create a soft and luxurious French style while the layout and cabinetry meet the client's storage needs. In addition, the design team outlines the delicate carvings on the trims to create a refined residence that meets the needs of a family of four. To create a French style, the following highlights and details are made in the space: Trim carving: Trims are carved in both public and private areas. Sequential cabinetry increases storage space and presents a rhythm. The ceilings are gently wrapped with the delicate technique of edging to present a unique romantic aesthetic. Patterned Glass: In addition to the trims, the second design element in the space is patterned glass, such as doors, floors, and chandeliers. It adds a diverse and luxurious layer to the rhythm of the trims. Color: The base behind the panel and diamond design is light brown. Its gentle neutral tone creates a soft visual experience, and the large area of light color blocks can create the effect of enlarging the space.
