Allegria Villa

The Allegria Compound Villa was a major project that contained many elements of design and architecture and many aspects of luxury and lifestyle. In this project we've been inspired and captivated by everything surrounding us and by every element presented by the building and its environment. Architects can always hear and feel a language no other can comprehend, and in this project, we've taken every element possible in consideration to create a luxurious, comfortable, beautiful and sustainable building with every aspect required by our client and more to produce the residence that can easily provide our client with every need and every wanting they ever had. The building contains 3 floors for a total space of 950sqm and landscape of 1,200sqm, we've built a huge swimming pool with a circular seating area inside of it to provide the luxury of the outdoor life surrounded by water with a small fire in the center; inspired by simple camping in nature. The façade of the house is a renovation for the building while maintaining the beauty of the architecture of it, as we designed the entire facades without editing in the original architectural form of the villa respecting the design by the great Shahira Fahmy of the building itself. We've adjusted the interiors of the house to turn it from area of 530sqm to 940sqm by editing the architectural plans of the house creating more space and giving a unique purpose to every and each space, combining between luxury and comfort; providing everything our client might need inside the house. Combining between luxury, beauty, sustainability, and comfort is a task that cannot be taken lightly, and we sure didn't take that lightly as we are very proud in Polygon to have accomplished those elements in this villa, and accomplishing those elements is the essence of architecture.
