As the brand looked to evolve its global digital presence and visual identity in 2025, Chenot recognised the need to bridge luxury storytelling with measurable performance. Unlike wellness brands focused purely on lifestyle, Chenot’s scientifically grounded approach demanded a seamless digital experience that could inspire a new generation of HNW and UHNW wellness travellers, while ensuring every touchpoint reflected the serenity, science, and efficacy of the Chenot Method.

Giant Leap was appointed to lead a dual transformation across digital marketing and brand communications, refining Chenot’s visual world, performance strategy, and social identity. The process began with a strategic immersion workshop at Chenot’s headquarters, giving the team deep insight into the brand’s philosophy, audience, and goals. A restructure of Chenot’s paid media ecosystem to ensure stronger visibility and ROI. We introduced global audience segmentation tailored to wealth demographics, built sequential messaging across the customer journey, and implemented creative variations aligned to each lifecycle stage. Organic Social & Branding:

We redefined Chenot’s visual identity and social presence to deliver a cohesive brand identity. A new content strategy was established around Chenot’s brand pillars, combining editorial-style imagery, and lifestyle moments that showcased the retreats unique offering. We conducted a full audience and communications audit validating digital insights against Chenot’s existing consumer profiles to evolve the visual identity and TOV.
